On Saturday morning\, we’ll be offering a small group pilates mat session with a maximum of 5 students geared towards riders as well as the Pilates in the Saddle. In the Pilates in the Saddle Clinic at Sidney Peak Equestrian Center\, Brooke will be working with each rider individually to help you meet your particular goal. Each session begins with a mat session to help you find your center on your own two feet before getting in the saddle and applying those skills. Your mat session typically lasts and hour (and don’t worry\, it is gentle enough that you won’t be knackered before you get in the saddle) followed directly by a 45 minute ridden session with Brooke. There are only 8 sessions available. If you want to learn more about Brooke and what she can do for you\, please visit her website at www.pilatesinmotionllc.com.Auditors welcome for the ridden portion of each session\, a schedule will be published a week before the event. \n\n\n\n\n\nFAQs\n\n\n\n\nDo I have to be a boarder at Sidney Peak to ride in this clinic?
